Car hire is often an afterthought in the travel booking process. Many prospective renters hesitate, over-research, or try to cut corners, only to realise that nothing compares to the real experience of a seamless car rental. Avis needed an engaging, ‘always-on’ content series that kept the brand top-of-mind for future travelers, driving long-term brand consideration.
Strategy
We tapped into travel envy to create a playful and relatable content series. Showing people attempting (and failing) to recreate their dream holiday at home. Relaxing in the tub isn’t quite like being poolside! So why settle for a poor imitation when you can experience the real thing?
By reinforcing the ease and flexibility of booking with Avis, we positioned car hire as an effortless step in planning a proper getaway.
