Kin at Collective
My colleagues and I started Kin, an established and protected community within Collective, where creativity comes naturally. It became a self-generating part of the agency with a clear focus on the future, and ultimately, something we were all incredibly proud of.
Our mission?
To create real. positive change. That’s measurable and sustained.
We wanted to be B Corp. But better.

Collectivemas - 12 days of giving
Last year, instead of sending our clients hampers, we launched 12 Days of Collectivemas.
Each day, we donated £100 to a different charity leading up to Christmas. The 12 charities were chosen by the Collective team and revealed on social media to encourage others to donate too.

In our (very limited!) downtime, Kin worked tirelessly to ensure we had a positive impact on both our people and the planet. This included organizing social events, charity work, and so much more.
